Gear Returns & Exchanges

Tap Truck Beach Cities prides itself in offering locally sourced craft products, this includes our gear. As such, we're happy to offer free refunds/exchanges in three situations. 

1) Correct order, but looking for a size exchange or return:

If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse, and the customer will incur the shipping cost.

For an exchange: once we receive a tracking code or proof of shipment, we will ship out the new size to the customer.

For a return: once we receive a tracking code or proof of shipment, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.

  1. Your order number
  2. Name and email on the order
  3. Reason for return/exchange 
2) Incorrect order
If you've received the incorrect order, our team will cover return shipping of the product and send out the correct order within 5-7 business days. 

If you received the incorrect order, please email info@taptruckbeachcities.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name and email on the order
  3. Item expected
  4. Photo of item received

 

2) Damaged order
If you've received a damaged or defective item, our team will cover return shipping of the product and send out the correct order within 5-7 business days.

If you have received a damaged, or defective item please email info@taptruckbeachcities.com and include:
  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request
  5. Most importantly a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Send pictures taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We'll use this to eliminate errors in future printing.

 

Note: Sale items, such as holiday season flash sales or limited edition sales, are all final sales -- no refunds or exchanges.
